Course Booking

By booking a course you agree to the following -


Non-attendance of a course shall be deemed to be a cancellation of fewer than 14 days and the full cost of the course will be due for payment.
A cancellation fee of 50% will incur where notice is received 14 days prior to the course.
Where cancellation is given less than 14 days prior to a course date no refund will be made.
Substitutions of delegates can be made at no additional charge.
Where The Arch Alliance cancels a course for any reason and your booking has been paid for in full, you will be offered a place on the next available alternative course. As an alternative to this a full refund can be requested by emailing
